For the price in the area, you won't get more for your money. I would recommend this apartment to a friend because of how spacious the apartment units are . The apartments are beautiful and very quiet.
This is used to inflate the costs of rent, insurance, maintenance, dues and property taxes for the length of time you will own the home. After changing hands a few times, things have finally settled and the community feel is back! The office staff is warm and helpful again!

The parking is horrible and you sometimes can't find a place to park. Thin floors, you can hear every foot step through the ceiling and parking is scarce along with with being narrow. Just a few bumps in the road but after all it was settled. The amenities are great, office personnel and management were professional, courteous and knowledgeable.

Unfortunately, not all people are courteous drivers or parkers, and we do sticker cars if they are seen doing office hours. We welcome you to notify us of those in violation by submitting their make and color of their car so we may research and determine who the vehicles belongs to. A lot of people are not respectful of others and usually park over the lines and with the spaces being so small it makes the parking limited. Office staff has been wonderful and very prompt service for maintenance requests. Heritage Grand at Sienna is 37.4 miles from Lyndon B Johnson Space Center, and is convenient to other military bases, including Pelican Spit Military Reservation.
