Nice level lot with municipal water and sewer. Street lights and you are walking distance to the golf course, school and shopping. You see all these photos of people with the house pic and welcome gifts…we got none of that..all we got was “here’s your keys” (and they didn’t open all the doors..had to call them to do that too). If we had listened to Adams Homes and their preferred finance company, we would have been homeless for 6 months.

Staff specially Mr.Soleimani and his nice boss and also a lady at reception as well as all staff in breakfast hall were fantastic except two guys at reception who were not the same as others. About the bad points, there was no sleeper in the rooms , tissue box was empty in the room at arrival and wifi was not so good.

The paint on inside is the cheapest paint they could find and will wipe off easily. The plumbing was not right in the house and took them 6 months to fix. The insulation was not completed in the attic and took over a year, and getting legal involved, to get it completed. By October 2021 I started noticing cracks in foundation of the garage.
